Salt Chlorinators produce chlorine through electrolysis. The Salt Chlorinator breaks down salt (sodium chloride) in the water into Liquid Chlorine. The chlorine helps sanitize the water and the sodium gets recombined back into salt to repeat the process. Salt Cells can constantly shock your water. The process heavily affects pH so salt water pools often need their pH balanced. Salt chlorinators get a lot of calcium build up inside them and need to be cleaned often. How the System Works
The system requires two physical components:
The Power Center: This is the control box mounted near your equipment pad. It converts your household electricity into low-voltage DC power and sends it to the chlorine generator cell.
The Electrolytic Cell: Is made up of titanium plates coated with ruthenium. When saltwater passes through these charged plates, a low-voltage electrical current splits the salt molecules (sodium chloride) to create free chlorine, which instantly sanitizes the pool before turning back into salt.

Standout Operational Features, Digital Diagnostics, & Visual Indicators: The cell casing features straightforward LED indicator lights that display your current salt levels (Good, Low, or High), water flow status, and cell cleanliness.
Tracking Lifespan: By pressing a sequence on the interface, the cell will flash LEDs to communicate exactly how many hours of life it has left before the titanium coatings wear thin.
Automatic Reverse Cycling: To combat heavy mineral buildup, the system automatically reverses the electrical polarity of the blades periodically. This process helps scale and calcium shed naturally, reducing how often you need to manually clean the cell with acid.
